1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Mellosocialrely website (mellosocialrely.guru) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Mellosocialrely provides garden pool design, installation, and maintenance services in Finland. All services are subject to availability and site assessment. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on site-specific conditions discovered during consultation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are indicative ranges in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after site assessment. A 30% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon completion.

4. Warranties

Warranty periods vary by package: Basic (1 year), Standard (3 years), Premium (5 years). Warranties cover manufacturing defects and installation workmanship. They do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or extreme weather events beyond design specifications.

5. Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project within 14 days of signing the agreement for a full refund of any deposit paid. After 14 days, cancellation fees may apply based on work already completed and materials ordered.

6. Liability

Mellosocialrely's liability is limited to the total contract value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of Mellosocialrely and is protected by Finnish and international copyright law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
